Kevin Green
Kevin Green appeared on Channel 4′s award wining TV show: The Secret Millionaire… Self made Multi Millionaire, Social Entrepreneur and International Speaker, Kevin Green inspires audiences worldwide… Kevin believes in ‘Heart Magic’ where he explains how feelings from the heart are more important to him than thoughts from the head. Follow our hearts before our heads says Kevin as our hearts never lie. Kevin relates heart lead decisions to ‘gut feel’ which has lead him to huge success in life and business. Kevin is not only a motivational speaker but also instructs delegates with a ‘hands on’ approach of how to create Wealth through implementing clear systems and strategies. Kevin believes charity begins at home and focuses on the importance of laying solid foundations to create financial security before helping others.
Kevin has created a substantial residential property portfolio since 1999, when he climbed onto the property investment train and bought his first deal. Previously, Kevin was a successful dairy farmer in south Wales increasing his family’s business from 40 to 400 cows. He bought his first smelly property using credit cards to bridge finance the deposit and mortgage at 85% loan to value. Kevin learnt how to buy properties with none of his own money and how to get paid on completion. He very quickly realised the only limiting factor to achieving growth in numbers was himself. Kevin built a massive portfolio of buy to let properties, began asset stripping farms and achieving high profits through planning gain, he remembers his first asset strip deal which made Kevin a profit of £124, 000 before tax for part time work over three months! He would have worked solid on the dairy farm for six years to achieve similar return.
Since 2003 Kevin has trained thousands of people to achieve financial freedom through his life’s mission ‘to help others to help themselves’.
Kevin will be speaking to us about ”The Wealth Secrets of a Secret Millionaire”, focusing on high cash flow strategies, with some exciting and unique approaches to achieving maximum cash flow profit in today’s market. Kevin and his team will also be discussing “how to become your own bank” as he is a strong believer in cutting out the middle man whenever possible. Kevin is the UK’s largest private sector landlord, 60% of his wealth comes from property and 40% from other busineses. Kevin will be discussing the importance of multiple streams of income.
